Automation
Your organisation uses a standardised process, and you would like to further professionalise or fully automate this process, so your staff can focus on other tasks. Correction

Transformation
Your software is outputting reports that are not as useful as they could be (e.g. your general ledger has subtotals, which creates an issue if you would like to use it with pivot tables or formulas), or your report is working, yet the client you are servicing needs a different format. Migration
Your client uses Software A (e.g. Sage BOB) and you need to migrate their data into your Software B (e.g. Yardi Voyager), or you want to process large batches of data without using the front-end interface of your software.
